What is your return policy?
- We accept items in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition. All items must be packed in the original corresponding packaging with original tags attached for a full refund. We reserve the right to reject your return claim if the item doesn’t adhere to any of these conditions.
- No returns or exchanges on sale items / marked down items. No exceptions. Custom-made items or made-to-order (MTO) items cannot be returned.
- Hygiene is very important to us. While we accept returns of most products in their original and re-saleable condition, return of underwear, swimwear or masks is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products.
- You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return.Once a return is requested, all return items must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- Please include packing list or order # with your return.
- Please note: All customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges.
- No returns or exchanges on international orders.
Pazadz reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (stained, worn, washed, without tags, outside the 7-day period, etc.), or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or commercial use.
Do I have to pay for my return?
All customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges.
What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
Please email parisculbertson@gmail.com for any issues with an order. Someone from our customer care team will respond with a solution within 24 hours. In your email, please include your name, order number, and a short description of the problem.
How long does it take to process my return or exchange?
Please allow 2-3 days for your returns and exchanges to be processed once received at our facility. Once they are processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund, exchange, or store credit code.
Which items are final sale?
All marked-down sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
All items ordered with a promotional discount are eligible for store credit or exchange. Unless stated otherwise on the product page.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Please ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.
- Return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once approved item(s) must be posted within 7 days. Refunds are issued for full priced products only. We do not accept returns for sale items (these can only be exchanged).
- Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn, altered, damaged, marked, sprayed with perfume or washed.
- Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.
- Item(s) must not be sale items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund, this includes orders where discount codes have been used. These items can only be exchanged (with a $10 processing fee charged). Final Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please ensure the item(s) haven't previously been exchanged. After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.
- Return of underwear, swimwear or masks is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy.
*Please note we have the right to refuse your return if any of the above are present on inspection.
