Not 100% happy with your Pazadz order? Check that you meet the returns check list below and then send us an email.

Returns check list:

Please ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.

  1. Return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once approved item(s) must be posted within 7 days. Refunds are issued for full priced products only. We do not accept returns for sale items (these can only be exchanged).
  2. Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn, altered, damaged, marked, sprayed with perfume or washed. 
  3. Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.
  4. Item(s) must not be sale items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund, this includes orders where discount codes have been used. These items can only be exchanged (with a $10 processing fee charged). Final Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged
  5. Please ensure the item(s) haven't previously been exchanged. After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this. 
  6. Return of underwear, swimwear or masks is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy.
  7. Made to order or custom items are not eligible for a refund.

*Please note we have the right to refuse your return if any of the above are present on inspection.
