All returns are at the discretion of Pazadz. We are a small business and our products are custom made + made to order. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind/ wrong size. Please read our size chart carefully prior to purchase, and email us if you have any questions.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have the right to get replacements or refunds or receive compensation for faulty merchandise. If you believe your product is faulty or that you are entitled to a refund, check that you meet the returns check list below and then send us an email.
Returns check list:
- Please ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.
- Return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once approved item(s) must be posted within 7 days. Refunds are issued for full priced products only. We do not accept returns for sale items.
- Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn, altered, damaged, marked, sprayed with perfume or washed.
- Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.
- Item(s) must not be sale items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund, this includes orders where discount codes have been used. These items can only be exchanged (with a $10 processing fee charged). Final Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please ensure the item(s) haven't previously been exchanged. After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.
- Return of underwear, swimwear or masks is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products.
- All customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges.
- Please note we have the right to refuse your return if any of the above are present on inspection.
